Welcome To Possibilities

As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world, as in being able to remake ourselves.

Mahatma Gandhi
Are you ready to reclaim your greatness and live it on purpose?

I am passionate about supporting you in owning and living the life that is as unique as your own fingerprint. The life you are yearning to live seems distant, while the truth is it is only a short distance from you.

The truth of the matter is that although we’d love for someone to tell us to just follow these steps, there won’t be any pain, and you will arrive exactly where you want to go, it simply is not reality. Why? That is the same as taking a pill for the ill.

Ultimately, this human life is one of experimentation to find out what agrees with our constitution and what does not. In order to know that we combine some form of knowledge with experimentation and then we wait and see what arises… delicious wonder!

I help women who are successful on the outside feel successful on the inside.

Let’s Work Together

My work with Irene was inspired by a desire to reclaim vitality. The results were unexpectedly deep and multilayered. Irene provided me with dietary and yoga routines to support calm and deep inner peace, which resulted in a complete shift in my energy levels in such positive ways I would not have believed had I not experienced it for myself.

Irene has an enormous wealth of information and experience that supported my needs being met exponentially. I could go on and on!

Working with Irene has allowed me to evolve into the next phase of my life, where I can again access my vital energy and live a more enriched and balanced life. Thank you a million times and more!!

Another perspective on Birth Control Pills (BCP’s)

I truly believed oral contraceptive pills were the best thing since sliced bread.  I used them myself for nearly two decades.  Then I started to develop melasma, also referred to the mask of pregnancy, but I wasn’t pregnant.  I also knew as an Ob/Gyn that some times oral contraceptive pill users developed melasma.  I decided… Read More→

Dying...a journey, a memoir

Dying…a journey, a memoir

I was chosen as the caretaker of Bella, a chocolate Labrador, over 13 years ago.  She was born into my home and nearly a year ago she had an all-natural death in our home.  Despite knowing the physical process of death, it was difficult, yet a beautiful blessing. Our society doesn’t do death.  Our pets… Read More→

Medicalization

“One would think that the unexpected brings the most stress to our lives. However,  psychologist say planned changes are even more disruptive than unplanned change.  Somehow saying an event “just happened” is excused as an event from nature, from the mystery.  We can fight such events them, ignore them, or accept them. But we know… Read More→

Age-ing or Sage-ing

Age-ing or Sage-ing

As I approach 50, I envision a second half of life with more depth and meaning than the first, with more contribution, with more love and more connection.  In preparation for such I have started to read a transformational book by Zalman Schachter-Shalomi and Rodald S. Miller called “From Age-ing to Sage-ing.” The authors point… Read More→

What is behind hate

What is behind hate?

Mostly fear is behind hate say the wise ones. It also may appear as control.  “The angels of darkness must always disguise themselves as angels of light” (2 Corinthians 11:14).  Fear itself is often convincingly disguised as a virtue, such as reason, prudence, morality, religion, obedience, or justice. As Father Richard Rohr inquires, “What better… Read More→

The Psalms

The Psalms

If you are similar to me, you probably know or have a familiarity with the Psalms.  I have attempted a few times to read all 150 Psalms, but never got far.  I started to question myself as to why. Questioning always leads somewhere.  I discovered there are a huge number of different translations of the… Read More→
