Why? What is your why?

When saying “yes” or “no” to someone, ask yourself "Why?” What is yummier to you: a resentful “yes” or a truthful “no?” “No” can be kind when it is truthful and delivered with love and caring.

What is your why?  If you don’t know, then it may be time to question it.

I’ve found my why is often connected to my wanting to be liked or feeding my inner good girl. Even when picking up garbage on the street, I’ve started to ask “Why?”  Sometimes it is a benevolent act in service to the animals, while other times it is serving my inner good girl.
